It's been always a vicious circle though, coz' I don't really think the levels of teachers in HP are qualified enough currently. For sure, u guys know the reason, which univ. the teachers are from, well, actually my teachers were from Huizhou Univ., just very few of them're from Zhongshan Univ. or SCNU, then how can it be improved? What's more, if their educational qualification were better, the talented students would be less independent on themselves.
